Registration
The registration fees are as follows:
- Early bird rate until 23 November 2009 (payment must be received on or before 23 November 2009):
- Student rate: 60 Euro
- Full rate: 90 Euro
- After 23 November 2009:
- Student rate: 85 Euro
- Full rate: 115 Euro

In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by November 25, 2009, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after November 25, 2009 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
Accomodations
We have negotiated special rates with two hotels located near the conference site.
