Registration

Registration fee includes admission to all Conference sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, and a bound volume of the book of abstracts.

The registration fees are as follows :

- Early bird rate until 28 April (payment must be received on or before 28 April 2008):

• Student registration (student card required): 140, 00 €
  
• Academic registration (certificate required): 200, 00 €
  
• Full registration: 260, 00 €
  
• Conference dinner: 40, 00 €
  

- After 28 April:

• Student registration (student card required): 170, 00 €
  
• Academic registration (certificate required): 230, 00 €
  
• Full registration: 300, 00 €
  
• Conference dinner: 40, 00 €

Cancellation - Replacement - Refund
In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 5 May 2008, a refund of 75% of the registration fee will be made after the Conference. Literature will be provided. The report of the registration fee for another person will be accepted at any time provided that conference secretariat is notified in advance. Cancellations after 5 May 2008 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee. Conference dinner tickets are not refundable.
Hotel cancellation notified by written notice before May 5, 2008 : No cancellation fee wil be applied. Hotel cancellation notified on or after May 5 2008 : all booked nights will be charged on the credit card.

The following rates are proposed at the Domain Sol Cress.

Single room (one night : 79.5 €)

Double room (one night : 116.6 € for 2 people)

Studio for 3 people (one night : 174.9 € for 3 people)
